Hoo Peninsular Cares CIC (known as wHoo Cares) was created to address and serve the sometimes unique needs of the people living on the Hoo Peninsula and its surrounding area. wHoo Cares will provide vulnerable individuals with a choice to shape and manage their social care packages enabling them to design a life plan that works for them therefore allowing them to remain supported within their homes and communities. wHoo Cares will use a wide range of support options from statutory, voluntary and community sectors, utilizing local businesses, services and volunteers.
