General information

UKDP are specialists in managing insurance claims and repair works to resolve septic tank problems, soakaway problems and sewage treatment plant problems. We are authorised and approved by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for claims handling, and have so far helped resolve drainage problems affecting more than 3,000 properties.

We are a small but very specialist team with decades of experience within the drainage and insurance industries. Our office is based in Berkshire but we work all across the UK. We’re not a drainage repair company, instead we work hand-in-hand with a network of highly specialist local and regional repair companies in order to deliver an expert service to our customers.
