General information

Gillian is a published author with over 25 years of experience in health and wellbeing. Her background covers nursing, midwifery and health visiting, including experience working with the Flying Doctor Service in the Australian outback.

Gillian is a qualified master practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming and trained in Mind Mapping® and Speed Reading techniques with Tony Buzan. Gillian is also a licensed instructor in Pilates with the Body Control Pilates Academy® and runs regular Pilates exercise classes.

She has written several books on health and well-being, NLP and motivation alongside editing and technical reviewing other publications.

Gillian aims to practice what she preaches! She enjoys the outdoors and walking. She and her partner are kept busy with their two children!

Gillian launched Health Circles Ltd in 1999 to help individuals and companies improve energy and performance.

Health Circles focuses on energising your teams and providing them with a range of personal development techniques to improve efficiency, reduce stress, and enhance health and well-being. Our high-quality training helps develop mental and physical alertness, leading to improved quality of life at home and work.

We use techniques from a wide variety of disciplines. These include Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), nutritional health, movement and exercise, mind-mapping and accelerated learning.

Best suited for groups of 12 - 15, and we can also offer individual tailored programmes. We offer lunch time, half and whole day seminars, conference presentations, as well as bespoke training with a schedule to suit your company objectives, delivered at your workplace or off-site throughout the UK and internationally.
