At Ultra Krav Maga we work hard on the ethos of threat neutralization. A large part of our curriculum is focused on simultaneous defence and using your natural offensive maneuvers and aggression to deal with a violent person. We encourage our students to avoid a confrontation, however finishing a fight as quick as possible is something we promote if the situation is not safe, or you have a loved one with you and you cannot leave.

We train to attack the most vulnerable parts of the body. As our students’ safety is of the utmost importance, all of our students must use protective equipment when they train.
A large part of our training is dealing with real life situations and awareness, which helps develop a better understanding of your surroundings in a street environment and identifying a threat before an attack might happen. 90 percent off self defense is awareness.
