It started with a seed... In 2012 The Botanist blossomed in Alderley Edge. Offering an extensive range of world famous beers & ales, botanical cocktails, wines and its very own gin list, showcasing the finest gins discovered by the botanists themselves. Food at The Botanist is inspired by the deli, rotisserie and BBQ, with marvellous delights to enjoy. Owned and operated by the award-winning The New World Trading Company, The Botanist is a concept unlike anything else!
Above The Botanist lies a secret… The Rose Rooms. An after-dark emporium of curious cocktails and vintage DJs. The Rose Rooms are open Thursday to Sunday, offering a vintage DJ from 10pm until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. Available for private hire.
