One You is a ground-breaking campaign from Public Health England to help adults across Cheshire East avoid future diseases caused by our lifestyles

Behaviours such as eating too much unhealthy food, drinking more alcohol than is recommended, continuing to smoke and not being active enough are responsible for around 40% of all deaths in Cheshire East, and cost the NHS more than £11 billion a year.

Cheshire East's One You service will help local residents of all ages to move more, eat well, drink less alcohol and be smoke free. One You will also provide information on how local people can reduce their stress levels and sleep better. Our Health Advisors are trained to provide general information on healthy eating, drinking less, physical activity, stop smoking and weight loss. For those diagnosed with a long term health condition please speak to your GP or health professionals before taking on any lifestyle changes.
