Our 5 star training facility is in the heart of Wilmslow, we have unlimited free parking, private showers Male/female, changing rooms, Cutting edge cardiovascular and resistance equipment with experts who specialise in nutritional application, life coaching, sports specific for the more serious athlete, and currently our most popular programme:- group training( we can accommodate up to 40 people)
