General information

Baking and cake decorating is my passion and I believe that using the best quality ingredients delivers the best tasting cake - and a cake has to taste good as well as look good! I only use free range eggs, never from caged hens. I use flour from the Doves Farm range and Billingtons sugars. Flavourings come from either Neilsen Massey, Star Kay White or Beau Products and all chocolate and cocoa is by Callebaut.

My cakes come in many flavours, shapes and sizes and can be filled with ganache (absolutely delicious!) or fruit conserves and flavoured buttercreams depending on your preference.

If you are ordering a wedding cake or celebration cake that is 2 tiers or more, a complimentary tasting of up to 3 flavours will be offered. Additional flavours can be selected for a small additional charge which is refundable against the cost of the cake should you decide to place an order.

All cakes will be individual so please contact me for a quotation/list of flavours and fillings. When you place your wedding cake order a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date with the remaining balance 1 month before your wedding. For all other orders a £15 deposit is required with the balance payable on delivery. Cakes can be delivered if you are local to the Macclesfield area. Distances of up to 5 miles is free of charge, for deliveries over 5 miles a small delivery charge will apply.
