Having over 15 years experience, I specialise in a particular branch of remedial massage therapy targeting muscular aches and pains using deep tissue manipulative techniques.

Policy and procedures

Client policy
~To book an appointment, we request therapy payment up front per therapy session and on any maintenance plan / packages which may have been agreed
~On your first visit an initial £5.00 consultation fee is applicable
~On arrival for your therapy
please arrive 10 minutes before or on time for your appointment to allow for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
if your late for your appointment your therapy may be shortened in order to keep on schedule , the original treatment time will be charged
On occasion you may have to wait past your appointment time If this disrupts your schedule please inform reception who will be happy to reschedule to a otherwise convenient time
~Duty to make reasonable adjustments policy
Massage to Go sports massage therapy studio are mindful that all therapy treatments/sessions are discussed with the client and/or additional person attending prior to their therapy and that client/attendee consent/s to the adjustment to reasonably modify a service where it is able to be delivered to the client receiving therapy to the best of our ability and the client satisfaction.

~Cancellation policy
24 hour notice is required or if on a weekend 48 hour, this gives your therapist enough time to fill the slot, which had been reserved just for you, if a client fails to cancel within 24 hours 2 or more times they will be expected to pre-pay for future therapy in advance or at management's discretion a deposit is payable which is non-refundable even if a further cancellation occurs.
~Lateness policy
in special cases it is at the management's discretion to allow a part or full therapy only with advanced notification of your late arrival the original treatment time will be charged
~No show policy
clients who fail to show for their therapy will be asked to prepay any future therapy in advance
~Missed maintenance plan therapy policy
client s who repeatedly miss a discounted maintenance plan therapy session will incur original price list price and discounts will be cancelled.
~Consent policy
clients we have not seen for over 6 months will be expected to fill out a client record card sign and consent and agree to comply with Massage to Go sports massage therapy studio policy and procedures
~New client policy
Telephone bookings taken however client is expected to pay a deposit or treatment time costs prior to time slot availability as confirmation.
~Privacy policy
