Zebrec was formed in late 2012 by the current Directors, Claire & Jim.
Claire for many years worked as a successful recruitment consultant for both National and High Street Agencies that specialised in Technical Recruitment.
Jim has 20 years experience in the Audio Visual industry across Technical, Operational, Project Management & Senior Management Positions.
Zebrec was part borne out of frustration with some of the recruitment consultants that we met along the way; in that they regularly did not understand the detail of the clients & candidates needs, just simply their sales target and the invoice at the end of the process.
Therefore to combat this Zebrec is run by experienced consultants who have the relevant people & specialist industry experience that enable us to fully understand the intricacies of the professions resulting in clients getting candidates that are appropriate to their requirements and candidates getting put forward for suitable positions.
In additon to recruitment - Zebrec can also offer specialist advice on Employment Contracts, Business Growth & Operational / Project Management.
