Synergy Therapies specialise in a wide range of therapeutic treatments ranging from Deep Tissue Massage for chronic tension and pain relief, through to Aromatherapy, Reiki , Hot Stone Therapy, Warm Bamboo Massage. Hopi Ear Candling, Indian Head Massage, Crystal Healing Therapy and Reflexology for stress relief and emotional well-being.

Teresa has 18 years of experience and training in the holistic field and has gained many industry qualifications. You can expect a very professional, therapeutic experience in a calm and tranquil environment. Teresa will be able to offer the right advice and tailor the treatment to your specific needs. Teresa is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association and is fully insured, giving you assurance of her qualifications and her commitment to providing you a high quality of service.

My unique journey started in 1999, having always being naturally drawn to complementary therapies, so I embarked on my first course in Holistic Massage & Anatomy and Physiology. After this I studied Aromatherapy, I am very passionate about using essential oils to help heal the bodies systems and help relax individuals, see my Aromatherapy Blend Range. I have always been fascinated with "we are what we eat" and having young children at the time knew it would be beneficial to further my studies with Nutritional Advice. Around this time I was also aware of energy around us as individuals and our environment, which lead me to further my studies with Reiki. My desire to understand more about energy took me off to Malaysia where I was taught Feng Shui and Space Clearing with Lillian Too and completed my Master Practitioner's program. I further extended my knowledge with Rahanni Celestial Healing, Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Advanced Deep Tissue Massage, Warm Bamboo Massage, Hopi Ear Candling, Crystal Healing Therapy and Reiki Masters. My journey now is taking me on to my teacher training in Mindfulness/Meditation and Hatha Yoga. I work from my home in Maldon, a mobile service is also provided throughout Maldon District up to a 10 mile radius. I provide treatments within specialist care and offer Corporate services also.
