Our competitiveness is achieved as Hayward & Barrett is a complete in house company. All plant & labour required for the works can be sourced within the company saving on employing a third party.

Due to the higher level of risk associated with demolition & groundwork’s, it is essential that Hayward & Barrett are committed to providing a safe environment for its entire workforce, visitors to sites and members of the public.

As members of ROSPA our proactive approach to safety ensures all our employees know the part they have to play in maintaining our high safety standards, and this is supported by an extensive training programme. Our employees are all either CSCS or CTA registered and we are supporting our supply chain in gaining these qualifications. Our company values set the standard for how we work alongside each other, our clients and supply chain partners.
