Established for 130 years Bright & Sons is a successful and respected law firm with offices in Maldon, Tiptree and Witham. Although rooted firmly in Essex our clients can be found from the South coast to the Scottish borders. We offer a range of services for business, agriculture, and the private client.

A key strength of the practice is the holistic cross discipline approach we take to handling clients' affairs. All our lawyers whilst specialists in their field, have a wide ranging knowledge, and experience, of other areas of law. This enables us to provide practical, legal and commercial advice on issues clients are faced with.
