As a busy small operator, we bone and prepare everything fresh to order. All fresh meat comes from the adjacent Fowlers Brothers EEC approved abattoir.
Fresh chickens come from East Anglia from a company that we've dealt with for 30 years and are always excellent.
Maravac Meats also hand-make all our own sausages including the famous "Burnham Banger" and "Burnham Burgers." Our Kebabs are all hand-made.
