General information

Ezi Returns offer a simple, cost-effective and reliable returns solution and returns addresses for on-line sellers.

Currently we offer Returns addresses for e-commerce businesses of various sizes selling into France, Germany, Spain, Italy & the UK.

We are adding more countries to our service all the time so please ask if you require other locations.

When a customer returns the unwanted items to us we will open, inspect and feedback to you a summary spreadsheet including the following info: Order or Invoice Number, Customer Name, , Item Title or SKU, Date received.

We will then store the items unless instructed otherwise until further notice to either consolidate with other items for cost effective shipping back to you or use our Re pack & Send service \and turn your returns into cash quickly

We e mail you as soon as returns land with us so you can sort your customer out with the refund or replacement. You do not have to log into any system or check on the off chance whether something has arrived.

International Returns Service for Small Volume Sellers
If you have occasional or minimal returns but need a returns address in the UK, France, Spain, Germany or Italy we have a plan to suit your business.

A small monthly fee per country allows you to use our address in those countries to conform to policies such as Amazon’s International returns policy and enables customers to easily return their purchases to us in their own country. The first 6 returns handled per month are included in the standard fee.

Medium & High Volume sellers
We handle returns for many categories of products including gifts, clothing, footwear, tools, Outdoor gear, cleaning products, fancy dress, and more. Our pricing is simple and affordable and we can customise our service to your needs.
