O'Connell East Architects Company Information
General information
oconnell east architects was formed in 1996 by directors Paul O'Connell and Gary East who have since developed a substantial portfolio of work which includes private residential apartments, University education projects, office and marketing suites, student accommodation, extra care homes and the conversion of listed buildings.
The practice is committed to the care and improvement of the environment and the communities in which we operate and promote environmental best practice and the move towards sustainability in all schemes. They have most recently completed the tallest building in Europe to be constructed from off-site volumetric modules and continue to work with Build Off-Site to promote alternative construction solutions which offer wider environmental benefits.
O'Connell East have a hands-on approach, and are committed to gaining a clear understanding of the objectives and aspirations of their clients and work closely with consultants, contractors and end users alike to develop coherent briefs which result in high quality, legible and efficient designs.
The practice has developed a strong track record in delivering schemes on time, and on budget. Their success is reflected in the high number of repeat clients and the positive feedback received from end users and the wider community.
OEA is a RIBA registered practice and is listed on the UK register of construction services, 'Constructionline' registration no. 20119.
