General information

Qualifi was established in 2002 with the purpose of developing flexible, innovative and responsive learning programmes. Much of the history of Qualifi is associated with the provision of qualifications and customised awards in meeting the needs and demands of both the UK and the growing international marketplace. The development, awareness and enhancement of new learning and communication technologies enables Qualifi to develop and support distance and blended approaches to learning, extending opportunities to the global learning community.

Our flexible, innovative and responsive approach seeks to support centres in providing learners with flexible approaches to learning and assessment through classroom based study, blended learning and distance learning opportunities. Our aim is to facilitate learners being able to work at their own convenience and pace, taking control and fitting their learning into their lifestyle; a lifestyle that often includes learning while earning.

Qualifi is recognised as an Awarding Organisation (AO) by the qualification regulators for England and Wales. The regulators are the Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulator (Ofqual) in England, and the Welsh Government in Wales. Each year Qualifi must assure the Regulators that we continue to meet the General Conditions of Recognition and that our approved centres meet the same exacting standards.

Qualifi has built a reputation for supporting relevant skills in a range of job roles including the Health and Social Care sector, Business Process Outsourcing and Management, and more recently Catering and Hospitality as well as the Public Services sector. Our portfolio of qualifications includes nationally recognised qualifications as well as bespoke endorsed courses. We have seen great success with our customised awards and qualifications including BPO/Contact Centre Skills, H&SC, Strategic Management and Leadership as well as our related University accredited and recognised programmes.
