Our head office is based in Worsley, Greater Manchester, England. From here our team of dedicated staff receive orders from all over the world, and processes these orders under professional supervision.

We make sure that a qualified optician analyses every order that we receive. In fact, when you call us you might even be talking to one.

We stock all our frames at our own storage depot, where we currently hold thousands of latest style frames.

All our orders are processed in-house and the invoicing/ordering process is performed using the latest secure computer technology. Our online payment system is handled byPayPoint and Santander commercial bank plc. PayPoint are approved by UK/worldwide banks for the processing and clearing of credit and debit card transactions. Only the highest standards of encryption are used to ensure that your details are not available in a form where they can be misused.

All our lenses/frames are supplied directly by only the selected industry leading optical manufacturers who also supply the same frames/lenses to many of the high street opticians.

Because we source our high quality frames directly from our manufacturers/distributors, we can transfer these savings to our customers by offering complete glasses including single vision lenses from £15.00, which normally retail in high street opticians for £100+.
