Grace’s Place is part of Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice. We are here for families confronted with the news that their child has a life-shortening condition – from as early as pregnancy onwards.
Our first step is to raise £60,000, which will fund 4 nurses. Then we can begin providing our Hospice at Home service – bringing clinical care, counselling, therapies and practical support to children and families in their homes. We’ll continue fundraising, so we’ll be caring for children within the building itself as soon as possible.
