General information

The PPG (Patient Participation Group) is set up to help all patients in Sun Valley Medical Practice to have a voice. We hope to help practice staff to improve patients’ access and experience.

PPG activities include: researching patients views, fund raising, talks and self-help events.

There is a committee which meets once a month. If you would like to join us, tell staff at reception. If you are unable to attend meetings you can participate virtually by accessing the Medical Practice via this Facebook page.

We plan to have links for agendas and minutes of meetings posted on the PPG page in the Sun Valley Medical Practice website - so that you can keep up with the issues raised and add your ideas.

The PPG is unable to respond to personal complaints about medical treatment. To address such complaints please use the system already in place for that (see web site or reception). However, we do want to hear your general views and suggestions on how the practice works.

Please note that any posts you write on this page can be viewed by the public.

We want to encourage patients of all backgrounds, ages and needs to participate.
