Lyme Design & Build are a family run building company based in Hazel Grove, with over 35 years experience in the building industry.

At Lyme Design & Build, our aim is to turn your ideas into reality whilst also offering our experience to enhance your ideas. From day one on site we fully manage your project to ensure it is completed within time, budget and that work is completed to the highest standard.

Our skillset and expertise enables us to provide you with a fully comprehensive design and build service which is geared towards increasing the space you have in your property.

Our mantra is "you're only as good as your last job", and we try to embody this statement with every job and with every customer. We work on a wide range of residential projects, large and small, throughout south Manchester. All our talented employees undergo extensive and on-going training in their chosen areas of expertise.

Lyme Design & Build recently became FMB Masterbond and Trust Mark accredited. By passing this tight vetting process we are now able to offer the FMB MasterBond insurance-backed warranty for our work, for that extra piece of mind.
