Hazel Grove Blues

General information

This group is for any current members or City fans looking to join our branch of the official supporters club. The Conservative Club in Hazel Grove, Stockport is currently our base. The branch meetings are held here on the third Monday of every month. Occasionally we have guests attending which in the past have included ex players such Paul Lake, Ian Brightwell, Gary Owen, Tony Book and Colin Bell. Travel is arranged for every home game and most away games. Tickets can be purchased direct through the branch as we have an excellent working rapour with the Ticket Office. The Hazel Grove branch of the Suppporters Club was established back in 1999. Since then our membership has steadily increased year on year. The current membership stands at 200 with a wide range of age groups. The branch is run by a committee consisting of 7 branch members.

We try to accommodate all members by holding various social events throughout the year. In December each year we arrange a kids xmas party, putting on food, fun and party games for kids of all ages. City's very own alien mascots Moonchesterand Moonbeam have been our very special guests for the kids (and some of the juvenile 'adults'!!) to meet and take photographs with, together with our own Blue Santa.
In recent years we have also put on trips to The North West Masters, the 'Real' Old Trafford to watch Lancashire and even a barge trip.
