The Furniture Station Company Information
General information
Step 1: We collect re-usable furniture & household items free of charge from Stockport, and certain Greater Manchester & East Cheshire areas.
Step 2: Our volunteers repair & up-cycle various woodwork in our workshops and store the items in our warehouse.
Step 3: Local organisations such as the council, housing officers, social services and advice agencies then refer Stockport residents who are deemed to be in need of such items.
Step 4: Clients visit our warehouse, choose the items they would like and the items are delivered to their home, all for a nominal fee.
