Clinical Lead, Lindsey Anderson has been qualified for 30 years ensuring a high level of physiotherapy experience. She leads her team, successfully treating sport's injuries, arthritis, neck pain, sciatica, chronic pain, tendinitis etc.

A physiotherapy session will include a thorough assessment ensuring we know what we are dealing with. The site of the problem is not always where we need to treat to get the fastest results. It's all about optimising flexibility and strength. Stiff areas overload other sites and weakness can lead to poor movement and excessive strain.
