Founded by artists, Adapt for Arts creatively solves problems that face arts organisations in times of transition, and helps clients in need of growth. As individuals, our team has invested in developing a broad range of skills, knowledge and expertise, resulting in the perfect combination of creativity and business acumen.

We strive for a happy and healthy sector, and thrive off creating positive cultural changes in the organisations we work in. We empower the clients we work with in order to create lasting change in their organisations. We share solutions from both inside and outside the sector, so that we don’t re-invent the wheel.

Adapt for Arts enjoys being responsive to its clients, but the agency also aims to re-invest into its own transformative initiatives – we believe that with innovation, the sector can work less, but better.
