With a climbing wall, free weights, and calisthenics (body weight) equipment like suspension trainers, dips, pull up bars and Olympic rings a private studio and soon to come a sensory room to help those with disabilities. Our personal trainers are of the highest standard, very friendly and honest and will give you 100% of the help you need to achieve your fitness goals!
