Based in the University area of Manchester for over 46 years, we consider ourselves to be something of a Manchester institution.
In our Health-food shop, you will find the largest selection veggie, vegan, organic and Fairtrade food in the North-west. We also sell a broad range of nutritional and herbal supplements, cruelty free, natural and organic cosmetics, eco-friendly cleaning products, vegan and vegetarian alcohol and so much more.
Our basement cafe creates fresh, wholesome and exciting vegetarian meals and vegan meals, perfect for a hearty, healthy eating or pop in for an afternoon pick-me-up of fairly traded and organic coffee and locally made vegan cake. In addition, we host and run events and offer space for local groups to meet.
