General information
OXBREW is a step-father and son duo, Aaron Baldwin and Simon Scamp, brewing on an eight barrel brewhouse at their unit on Enstone Airfield near Chipping Norton. Our aim is to producing “good quality crafted cask ales and bottled conditioned beers with a modern twist” and we are hopefully soon to be producing keg beer too.
Aaron, born and raised in Oxford, has spent the last few years researching, experimenting and refining a range of beer styles. His business partner, Simon, originally from Kent, has been brewing on and off on a small scale since the 90s and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the brewery.
