Bowyer Estates are a newly established, independent Sales and Letting agent based in Northwich.

Director Clare Bowyer comments ‘With over 15 years in the industry, working for both independent and corporate agents, I aim to bring a fresh approach and new standard to the industry and more importantly to disprove the notion that all agents do not know how to communicate with their clients. Also, having lived in Northwich all my life, our clients can rest assured that they are entrusting their most valuable possession to someone who knows the features and benefits of the area and who can provide their potential tenant or buyer with the insightful information required to ensure their needs are met, and in turn help speed up the process to a sale or let’.

Director Clare Bowyer comments advises ‘After many years of deciding whether to open my own agency or not, I have finally decided to take the plunge. Several friends and family have been telling me for a while to go solo, the main person being my father who I sadly lost in December 2014 and his passing made me realise that life was too short. Therefore, this along with past clients getting in touch again and asking me if I would open on my own as they had always been that impressed with the service they received from me, really made me realise that I should do it.’

Clare hopes that her fresh approach and dedication, along with being available seven days a week and marketing all properties on the powerfully popular Rightmove website, as well as her own modern website will attract new vendors and Landlords, as well as buyers and tenants alike.
