Jennie Norton
A founding partner, Jennie is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals, began her recruitment career with a company specialising in sales recruitment for the process and scientific industries where she was promoted to Senior Consultant combining a management role with continued business growth.
A move to an Executive Search company as Managing Consultant recruiting VPs, MDs, Directors and Senior Executives in companies ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals expanded her experience of the Control, Instrumentation and Automation sectors still further.

Mike Bower
Also a founding partner, Mike’s specialisation has been finding talented candidates for posts in Factory Automation, Process Control and Instrumentation industries across the UK.
Following time spent in production as a Process Manufacturing Manager, he utilised his experience with a move to a recruitment company where he quickly moved from the research department to a consultant’s role, specialising in the placement of Sales Engineers and Sales Managers.
Approached to work in Executive Search, he was able to consolidate his earlier learning in the process markets and gain the necessary skills, tools and knowledge to recruit at a more senior level before leaving to form Norton Bowers.
