Craniosacral Therapy is a profound and non-invasive therapy where, by means of gentle touch, the practitioner senses patterns of health, and identifies compressions of tissue or blockages which alter natural expression, assisting the client's body to remove them.

Both Lomi Lomi (from Hawaii) and Chavutti Thirumal (from India) are massages which allow recipients to relax very deeply, working very much on the mind, soul, and spirit, as well as on the physical body.

Lomi is an oil-based bodywork, where long and fluid rhythmic strokes are used over the whole body with the hands, fingers, forearms and elbows, applying soft and deep tissue massage.

During a Lomi massages, the practitioner moves around the table in a dance-like movement. The rhythm is very relaxing and blissful, with strokes from the neck down to the foot.

In Chavutti, the therapist uses the feet to achieve a very deep massage, whilst maintaining balance by the use of a rope.
