Honest and Expert Advice

At Bradley Hatch Jewellers we will only offer you honest advice backed by years of experience in the jewellery trade. For example we may be asked to supply a replacement diamond for an antique ring that contains a Victorian cut stone. A matching modern cut substitute would possibly be the easiest option but, in our opinion, not necessarily the most suitable to retain the character and integrity of the ring. We would inform you of this and, should you choose, we would hard work on your behalf to secure the diamond your ring requires and deserves.

To keep your jewellery in excellent condition, please allow us to schedule it to be cleaned at least annually. We will also be able to check for signs of damage or wear and tear and offer suggestions for any repair that may be required should a treasured piece of jewellery be found to be damaged. We at Bradley Hatch Jewellers offer a first class repair service and can carry out complete restorations of favourite pieces.

Cleaning and polishing your jewellery can make it look as good as new. We can polish and return your jewellery normally the next-day. White gold pieces can be re-finished and re-rhodium plated if necessary but this service may take a little longer.Pearl and Bead Rethreading

We are able to offer a complete restringing service for both necklaces and bracelets.We are able to carry out rethreading for most bead and pearl items, from fine quality South Sea cultured pearls to semi-precious beads.

Watch Repairs, Batteries and Straps.Bradley Hatch Jewellers offer a first class watch repair service. We use only exceptionally skilled watchmakers with a wealth of knowledge and experience. We can also check to ensure that your watch is sealed correctly to ensure water-resistance, offer a wide range of replacement straps and replace worn out batteries.
