Whatever the style, I enjoy playing it. To me there is nothing better than sitting behind my kit, making music and keeping the band in time. I've always loved drums and it has been a life long pursuit of mine learning to master them. In fact, the more I learn the less I seem to know, such is their fascination.
The latest research suggests that rhythmic studies actually make you smarter. If that's not a good enough reason to learn drums I don't know what is!!!
So whatever your age it is never too late to learn an instrument. We teach children from an early age right the way through to people who have retired.......learning the drums will enrich your life in every way.
