Hello and thank you for visiting my Feel Good Therapies facebook page. My name is Sarah Groves MAR and I work as a holistic therapist. I am fully insured and as a member of the Association of Reflexologists, an accredited and respected organization, I work to their strict codes of practice.

I grew up in the beautiful countryside of North Norfolk before heading off to study Humanities at Nottingham Trent University. I returned to Norfolk in 2007 to enjoy living in the ‘fine city’ of Norwich. I have had an interest in holistic therapies for many years and I like to use natural remedies to promote my own health and wellbeing.

I discovered Reflexology through my yoga teacher and I was simply amazed at its power in making me feel better. I decided that it was the career for me and so I trained at Pathways School of Reflexology in Norwich with renowned practioner, Angela Sellens Drake, qualifying in 2009.

Since becoming a mum to my two amazing children I have been particularly interested in treating mummies and babies. With further training I now specialize in Maternity Reflexology, which I find to be wonderful work. Whether it's working with fertility, pregnancy care, priming for labour or treating the new family, it's all simply magical.

I am very enthusiastic and determined about my work. Helping people along their path to feeling good is truly rewarding, I love it.

I do not claim to cure but I have experienced first-hand the effects my therapies can have and seen the improvements in my clients. The body has its own natural healing capabilities and so I work to encourage the body to restore its own balance.
