I offer Sport and Therapeutic Massage and I am an Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.
I work at Anglia Chiropractic Healthcare in Sprowston during the week and weekends.
On Wednesday, I provide a private home service.
My Massage client base ranges from 14 years - 86 years and I can treat people with many day to day ailments for stress and tension - bodily pain - injury - and for sporting issues.
The NLP treatment focuses on making lifestyle changes to improve health and well being. Like stop smoking, eating and drinking issues, Improve confidence (public speaking), cool during exams, overcoming fears and phobias.
