We were established on 1 November 2013. We have four highly experienced solicitors in place as well as two registered conveyancing paralegals, offering our clients a full estate agency and legal service that will give you peace of mind and the knowledge that you are in safe hands.

We offer a full Conveyancing and Estate Agency service, all under one roof. We also do Matrimonial and chamber work, as well as providing a Wills and Executries service.

We will provide quotations on request.

Our ethos is to add the personal touch to the professional services that we provide. Whoever you are, you will require legal advice at some stage in your life. We try to encourage clients to make us their first port of call whenever they find themselves in a situation where legal advice may be necessary. It could be very costly if you and your family and business do not take the proper legal advice throughout your life. It is better to seek advice and then act, rather than the other way around.

We believe that it is our job to impart advice to our clients by establishing your needs by direct contact with you, advising what can be done within the law of Scotland, discussing and deciding the course of action with you, and then keeping you advised throughout.
