Independent Mortgage Solutions

General information

Independent Mortgage Solutions was founded in
2006 by Simon Upton. After studying economics and
accountancy at college he joined Barclays Bank before
moving across to Barclays Life as a financial adviser.
He then become an Independent Financial Adviser in
1999 before making a strategic decision in 2002 to
concentrate solely on the mortgage market, initially
working as an appointed representative before setting
up Independent Mortgage Solutions.

As independent mortgage advisors, we have access to the whole mortgage market and often have access to exclusive deals, sometimes, only available to the independent broker.
We maintain our knowledge of the market, with the support from our mortgage monitoring system which informs our advisers within minutes of new mortgage deals becoming available.

We are happy to meet our clients at our new office in Lymington, in the comfort of their home or at their place of work.
Our aim is to establish a long term relationship with our clients, continually providing independent advice.

We offer a professional approach with a personal touch and efficient service with the aim of providing the most competitive mortgage arrangements for our clients.
