The Chalk Hills Academy is an academy driven by a passion for learning and a respect for the individual and for others. We strive to prepare young people for life in the 21st Century by teaching skills and developing positive and open-minded attitudes. We encourage students to be creative, use their own initiative and have the confidence to take risks and manage change.
Our staff and our students are happy, positive individuals working together with a determination to make the Chalk Hills Academy reach a standard of excellence through enterprise education.

We believe that working together as staff, students, parents and carers, and members of the local community, will ensure we can guide our young people to become active members of their communities.

We believe in the values of respect and self-discipline, and ensure our students safety with our commitment to anti-bullying and our family-like house structure.

Our Parent Focus Groups allows us to gain the all important parent and carer perspective on all that we do, and has added greatly to our success.

We are committed to working together, and are happy to take appointments at any time to discuss the progress of our young people. The success of our young people is the driving force of everything that we do. We have a hard-working and dedicated team who are committed to the success and happiness of all of our students. This has placed us in the top 1.5% of academies in terms of our contextual value added scores.

Our Physical Education Department is staffed with a vibrant and energetic team who have taken our sports teams to the top, winning several cups and tournaments.

Our pastoral structure ensures that students' academic success is maintained through their daily personalised learning sessions.
