The Coach House Spa s set within the beautiful grounds of Kinross Estate, located on the banks of Loch Leven nature reserve. Converted from the original old stable block of the estate, The Coach House has now been changed into a small and intimate boutique day spa. Situated in a quiet corner of the estate grounds next to the walled kitchen garden, our spa exudes calmness and tranquillity, and is beautifully and simply designed.

We have chosen a fabulous range of products to pamper, refresh and revitalise. Whether you are looking for a full day of pampering for yourself, or with friends, or just a little treat for yourself we can offer everything from the ultimate head to toe face and body treatments to shellac finish manicures.

Our spa facilities comprise a hydrotherapy pool, sauna, 3 charming treatment rooms, relaxation room and lounge areas including the Tartan Bar to chill, read magazines and perhaps enjoy an afternoon tea. Weather permitting during the summer months, we can provide outdoor seating around the pretty courtyard.
