It has a comfortable lounge with wood burning stove & dining area, kitchen with modern appliances, 2 bedrooms, 1 double & 1 twin which will sleep up to 4 adults & 1 infant.
Outside there is on road parking for 2 cars. To the rear there is a drying green for guest use, bike & sporting equipment storage.
Although in a secluded location, Dean Cottage is close to all local amenities with Glamis 2 miles, Forfar 3.5 miles & Kirriemuir & the Glens 6 miles away.
Dundee, St Andrews, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Glasgow & the Highlands are all also easily reached travelling by car.
