General information
I am an accredited and experienced CBT life coach specialising in weight management, and I run 1-1 or group based coaching sessions at Beckett's Farm. £11 per week for group coaching, and £35 per session for 1-1.
These sessions are stand alone, and you don't have to be following the Cambridge Weight Plan to attend the coaching, you can follow any plan.
I am also a multi-award winning Independent Cambridge Weight Plan consultant, and this too can be totally stand alone from the weekly coaching. I offer outstanding support and knowledge to help you change your life forever and stop the yo-yo dieting.
I also rent out rooms within the holistic premises of Transforming U to other well being practitioners.
