General information

All our products are either environmentally-friendly waste products or natural logs from trees that have been cut down to allow others to grow. We have done our best to size our seasoned (under 20% moisture content) hardwood logs to accommodate the majority of log burners and open fires. They are also fine for firepits,chimineas and oven stoves.

The pre-packed hardwood logs are available in two sizes of woven sacks that allow them to breathe for ongoing drying . They come as a single variety of hardwood or a mixture - varieties used are ash, oak, beech and cherry. The kindling is all from waste wood products and comes in one easy-to-carry polythene bag.

I have introduced an Eko log into the mix as well. The Eko log has no connection with wood and is in fact a waste food product made from the husks of rice. Full information on this product can be found at www.theekocompany.co.uk.
