For landlords, we offer a simple fixed-fee structure rather than a percentage of the month’s rent, with no hidden administration costs.

Clarks Residential is located in Birmingham city centre, giving easy access to all surrounding areas. We are available until 8pm weekdays for viewings, and by appointment at weekends. For tenants, this will mean greater convenience and flexibility in scheduling a viewing, as well as delivering a faster turnaround on vacant properties for landlords.

Clarks Residential constantly updates our rapidly expanding database of potential tenants, and uses diary management software to confirm viewing times by e-mail or SMS.
We use a comprehensive web-based property management system, which keeps us informed when rents are due, issues landlord statements, and alerts in advance for production of any safety certificates or relevant notices.
