The Space is dedicated to the practice and teaching of Yoga to the highest standards; the deepening of our understanding of Yoga wisdom through exploration and study; the healing of body mind and heart. You are warmly invited to experience the benefits of this ancient practice’
This dedicated Yoga & Healing Studio was created by Ginny Moffett of Fire Angel Yoga in January 2009 to offer many different styles of yoga to suit everyone. All our classes are mixed ability so whether you have done a lot of yoga or none ever, you are welcome!
We have many talented and dedicated teachers from diverse yoga backgrounds offering our students the highest standards of teaching and expertise.
We also offer a wide range of healing treatments in our Healing Room which opened in January 2013.
