General information

I've always enjoyed cooking, my passion and knowledge comes from recipes which have been passed on through the generations of my family. The cooking I teach, gives a fusion of Indian with fresh ingredients, herbs & spices. it allows you to create simple yet exciting authentic Indian recipes with traditional techniques. This is why I decided to start Coriander & Lime to show how enjoyable & easy it is to cook Indian food in your home.

We carry out individual/group workshops which are tailored to suit your personal preferences regardless of your cooking ability. These workshops are enjoyable, hands-on sessions which include me showing you a wide variety of Indian spices that are used in day to day cooking. It also involves working together & creating various Indian dishes of your choice, which you then get to enjoy at the end of the session.

In addition to this we also offer entertaining Bollywood nights which consists of music, food & traditional indian dancing.

Another aspect of Coriander & Lime which we offer is catering and hosting pop-up restaurants
