RJS Property services is a family run business with extensive experience working with a vast range of letting agencies, private customers and larger commercial customers in the Plymouth and the South Hams area.

RJS Property Services offer a one stop service for all your maintenance building adaptations, full refurbishments and renovations. This may vary from jobs such as little as changing a door handle through to larger works, such as, full refurbishments; and conversions, this also includes all necessary gas safe work and Part P electrical work. We have acquired over 50 years of building experience.

All works are carried out in a professional and timely manor and we also aim from a quote being submitted to be responded back to within 48 working hours of us receiving the request - providing access is possible.

Our team are a trustworthy, honest, reliable team and above all we offer the best quality workmanship at a truly fair price.

All our work comes with a warranty. Furthermore as an added sense of security we are full members of Check a Trade. Check a Trade is a company who monitor all works and offer a rating from 1-10 for work undertaken under different criteria.
