ctd architects are principally an architectural practice, delivering consultancy and design services, encompassing projects from residential extensions and one-off contemporary houses to large scale private & public sector commercial projects. We provide a tailored service to each client's individual requirements for full or part architectural services from RIBA stages 0 to 3 where we can help to formulate the brief, carry out feasibility studies and complete the scheme design for a planning application to RIBA stages 4 to 7 when our team will take a project from detailed design stage, and provide a comprehensive service to deliver working drawings and facilitate contract administration and handover of the successfully completed project.
