Wayne Fox launched Fox Resourcing Ltd in April 2007. He was 33 years old at the time and currently living in Kettering with family.

Wayne’s objective in starting the company was to set new standards in the recruitment industry by combining a small business approach with good customer service with the resources and operating systems of a much larger business.

This approach has consistently delivered results that exceed client’s expectations, thereby rapidly establishing Fox Reosurcing & Recruitment as a leading consultancy in the Northamptonshire area, with an excellent reputation.

Wayne Fox, the company director has worked for various high end recruitment companies within the UK and Europe, he has now decided to set up his own dedicated local, personnel resourcing company to help provide a local, reliable and dedicated service to Northamptonshire’s many businesses.
