A Private/Public partnership between Echo Personnel, Derby College, JobCentre Plus, The National Apprentice Service & The Skills Funding Agency.
Echo Personnel was looking to develop our current workforce through Apprenticeships and as a result of this seen a real difference in people when they were engaged – attendance & timekeeping improved as did quality and performance.
This became a real benefit to our clients and we then decided to explore how we could do this with people pre employment so as to bring people in with this mind set prior to starting work.
It has also resulted in Echo Personnel becoming the largest Apprentice employer in Corby and Kettering.
