Welcome to Electric Beach (previously The tanning studio). We are a tanning salon based in Coalville aiming to provide high end sunbed, sun-shower and spray tanning at low end prices. The salon has been at this address for over 15 years, but has changed names with each change in ownership. Long time customers will remember when we were called the tanning lounge. In 2014 the current owner purchased the business and registered it as Electric Beach Ltd. Within the first year of ownership the new owner upgraded 2 of the sun-showers (stand-up sunbed) and starting at the beginning of January 2017 there has been a massive investment to upgrade 1 bed and create 2 new rooms for another sunbed and one dedicated to spray tanning. Now we have a total of 3 sunbeds and 3 sun-showers. The spray tanning room is the last of the improvements due to be complete at the beginning of march 2017.

Electric Beach is a full member of the sunbed association and each member of staff is currently seeking certification through them. The sunbed association is the industries governing body. They regulate our code of practice. Please visit thesunbedassociation.org.uk for more information.
